Biomechanical Tattoos

Biomechanical Tattoos are third dimension designs under the skin of the structure of a robot. It's a kind of trick to the eye, because it mimics what would happen if you peel off the skin of the tattooed person and see under the skin, of course, robots must first be hidden in the body of a human for that to happen, but the idea is to make this likeness of the union between human flesh and circuits.

Where there should be a river of blood, tendons, muscles and bones, these tattoo designs make it seem that there is metal components such as gears, pipes and levers. This phenomenon is best represented by what are called "cyborgs" that have appeared in the series "Star Trek" and are a mix between human and robot, or in other words, when the hoses, pipes and cables are mixed with limbs and body orifices. Also if we see one of the most famous films in history, "Alien", we are in the presence of a biomechanical being.

These tattoos are quite complicated, as you can see in the below pictures. They take a lot of work and detail, so the best thing is to find a tattoo artist who is a real artist and can mimic this fiction correctly, giving the effect of the third dimension you need to make it look as if people are really looking under your skin.

Biomechanical tattoos are usually more popular with men than with women. To have a better effect, these tattoo designs are usually located in the body, in places that have more muscle, for example, arms, calves, thighs, back, and sometimes on the wrist. As for colors, usually in black and white or sepia to make it even more look like a robot.

There is no denying that biomechanical tattoo designs are very original and interesting. Visually, they are wonderful and really shows the skills of a tattooist and so you can check for yourself, below are some pictures of these tattoos.
